Ristaba Villa


Ristaba is a spacious 6 bedroom home consisting of 4 bedroom main house with 2 bedroom cottage, dual security systems, pool, hot tub, a/c in bedrooms, and views galore. Ristaba is in Chocolate Hole North, commanding views of 4 bays: from Hart Bay to the south, Chocolate Hole and Great Cruz Bay to the west all the way to Cruz Bay to the north. On our normally clear days, St. Croix and Puerto Rico are also visible as well as many smaller islands.


Ristaba has one of the largest pools on St. John (28x13x12)
with large shaded and sun decks, as well as a wet bar.

We have pool toys and floats and plenty of loungers for those with varying activity levels.
The With the 4 bedroom main house and additional cottage, Ristaba can accommodate from 2 - 12 people with complete comfort. The pool deck area has both a lovely sun area

Ristaba offers ...

Caribbean flavor with it's hand-carved teak cabinets, vanities, plantation chairs, and castle style mahogany dining table, mosaic tile tables and sea-colored tile countertops.

Art from throughout the Caribbean enhances the design.

The upside down floor-plan provides the most spectacular views from the Great Room
on the upper level.

The all Teak custom kitchen has all the major appliances and many small touches
which will make any chef feel at home.


The Dining area sports a teak table that comfortably seats 12.

The living area has wonderful plantation chairs and love seats with a full entertainment center offering TV/DVD/VCR and stereo.. Games for the kids
and books for all ages are there for your pleasure.

There are two phone lines offering fax or voice mail and high speed, wireless DSL access, without interrupting planning for dinner and activities.


Outdoor dining or relaxing on the upper deck is easy and comfortable. Plenty of space for all your guests to spread out-


while the extensive gardens will delight your eyes from all angles..


The bedrooms contain wrought iron bedsteads and hand-made
chests of drawers and accessories.

The two master suites are poolside with King beds and baths
and outdoor garden showers. Each room has privacy curtains.

All the bedrooms (Main and cottage) have split unit A/C.

The two garden suites each with private bath can be made as a King
or two twin beds and also have privacy curtains.


A tiled path winds through the garden from each bathroom to the
pool- providing easy access and privacy for the pool rooms.
The cottage can only be rented with the main house (never separately).

The cottage offers another very nice sized kitchen, fully equipped, a living/dining great room and half bath. The living area has it's own cable TV/VCR and stereo.
A separate phone line is also available. A large deck with more great views
await you and your morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

Downstairs we offer 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: one with Queen and
one with two Twin beds (which can make into King) and a shared full bath..
A full laundry is also located on lower level.

There is another patio just off the queen room with a a private 4 person spa.
The spa can be reached from the main house via the outer pathways as well.

Cottage views are enhanced by the lovely gardens surrounding the entire property. Ristaba has been thoughtfully designed to fulfill your holiday dreams..

Ristaba is a NO SMOKING home - you may smoke outside.
Rates are based on number of bedrooms used- we rent to only one group at any one time

Christmas/New Year's is a Two week minimum OR
you may rent for less (7 night minimum) as long as the arrival or departure
falls on Dec 26/27/28 allowing us to rent the other week
Plus 8% hotel tax
