The Private Balcony off the media room sits atop the water's edge, sea breezes are nearly constant
and the sound of the water along the shoreline will lull you right into relaxation mode!


Multiple dining areas are available. This shows the formal dining area within the Great Room, great landscaping is visible through the wonderful custom built mahogany doors, as well as the Coy Pond along the entry side of the house.


The main living area within the Great Room with it's truly comfortable furnishings, excellent lighting and the wrap around views.
The Great room can be open to the ocean breezes or air conditioned. Hughes.net DSL wireless systems through out the house.

The gourmet Kitchen has a Gaggenau oven, Viking stove, subzero refrigerator,
all the equipment you would expect and extras like an ice cream maker.

Both waterfront bedrooms have an Office area.

Suite 1 is the upper waterfront room, with king bed, a/c, private balcony, full bath and fabulous outdoor shower with teak surround.


Suite 2 is the lower waterfront room with king bed, a/c, office area, private full bath with ocean views and balcony.

Suite 3 is the upper entry side bedroom with king bed, a/c, garden planter, full bath plus outdoor shower.

Suite 4 is the lower entry side room with king bed, a/c, private garden and full bath.

The front deck overlooks the natural waterfront landscaping and the boats at anchor.
There are several sitting areas for casual conversation, cocktails, or coffee in the morning.

To the huge teak dining area with Weber grill...you'll find a truly comfortable and flexible space to call your own.
The media room has small sink, plastic ware for poolside dining and a subzero frig and icemaker.
The media room itself has surround sound cable TV, DVD and a/c to relax and enjoy some down time.

Beach Garden sits right at the water's edge far enough out on the bay to enjoy wonderful breezes at all times,
the color of both sunrises and sunsets, the sound of moving water at all times.
We also have access to the really god snorkeling of the outer cliffs of Maria Bluff.


The neighbor has cleared a beach area next door which they will allow us to use as access into the water as well.

Come enjoy Beach Garden -- full of fantastic details, this house is a perfect spot for family gatherings, groups of couples that enjoy traveling together and not so large that two people can't fully enjoy the property. This is a must visit home.
Rates are based on number of bedrooms used- we rent to only one group at any one time
