SEAclusion Villa Testimonials
What a great house! I lived on St. John from 1964 until about 1975. My family lived on a ridge not unlike Ajax Peak, just a mile east of this house. I have to say that the views from Seaclusion are spectacular – Coral Bay spreads out in front of you, and the islands that lead to St. Thomas skip away behind you. And Coral Bay is a town much like Cruz Bay was back in the “paradise” days, so being closer to the quiet side is a real plus. I was worried about coming back to St. John after all these years, and while some of those fears were realized, Seaclusion made everything so much better for us. We came here with friends, the man having been a friend of mine when we grew up together on St. John. He and his wife loved the pool in spite of it being “winter”, so we came back for drinks and a swim after the days spent at the beaches. And it was wonderful being near the less visited beaches on the island so we could avoid the cruise ship day-trippers at will!
We’ll come back to St. John and Seaclusion some day soon!

We have had the fortune to stay in beautiful places in beautiful houses but none tops this stay ending in late January 2015. The pictures and videos while totally accurate do not do this house justice. This has seclusion, peace and quiet, and everything you would need for a happy vacation. It was so clean; everything worked and the views made you not want to leave. It is on the quiet side of the island but is only two miles away from Coral Bay that has everything you might need including great food and an abundance of local color; and not just the beautiful color of the sea! We always think we will come back again but I think this time we mean it J. I could not recommend this place any more highly!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving week here at this wonderful house! We love the breeze in the afternoons and the rainstorms every night. The house offered every creature comfort you’d possibly have forgotten at home. We’re big cooks so we definitely appreciated the sharp knives and variety of spices. And when we got tired of cooking we ventured out and never had a bad meal. Aqua Bistro (for dinners) and Ship Wreck (for lunches). With so much eating, we swam it off everyday by snorkeling at Jumbie, Water Lemon and Lameshur . We also did a one-day tour with Bad Kitty. The name is strange but the crew was fantastic. Enjoy your time here, we definitely did!

Our first time in St. John or the VI’s! The weather was perfect – 7 days of warm, sunny days does the soul good ? !! The beaches were great – Hawksnest, Maho, Francis, and Cinnamon Bays. The winds were high from the south so we stayed on the northside. We loved Francis and Maho Bays the most because they were calm and we swam with sea turtles and colorful fish. Everyone paddle boarded and just relaxed!
We ate at the Sun Dog Café – breakfast (their special was great!) Morgan Mango, Skinny Legs, Beach Bar at Cruz Bay, and we grilled chicken, hamburgers, & steaks at the villa. We drank a lot of the local beer and Columbo Smoothies (right down the road from the villa), and Key Lime Rum ?! The food and drink were great everywhere. The villa was incredible! Best views and pictures I’ve ever taken on vacation – we have a lot of new art work! We never used the A.C. because the nights were cool – thank you for sharing your home with our family – it was perfect!
