Casa Blanca is a unique upper level unit in a duplex with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, A/C in BR & LR, located just around the bend from Gallows Point. Cruz Bay town is within a 5 minute walk. This home has a king sized bedroom and bath, comfortable living room, Satellite Dish TV, internet, A/C in living room and bedroom. Kitchen has stovetop (no oven), toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffeepot and kitchenware.  Great Pool & deck area.  One parking spot.  The trees have grown very big -  now smaller water views - New pictures coming soon!

Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap for shower, dish soap, laundry detergent.  Beach towels, beach chairs, bath towels and linens!

Bring your sun shade - beach umbrellas are getting ready to be banned -  to save the turtle nests in the National Park.

Casa Blanca is a unique 1 bedroom rental home located in a quaint residential area, just around the bend from Gallows Point. Cruz Bay town, ferry dock, shops, restaurants, and beach shuttles are within a 5 minute walk. “Casa Blanca” has a fantastic pool facing Frank Bay and St. Thomas, the sunsets from the pool deck are terrific. This home has a king sized bedroom and bath, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, internet access, personal safe, cable TV, VCR, telephone, gas grill, and ceiling fans.

Casa Blanca Rates

Rates are based on number of bedrooms used- we rent to only one group at any one time.

Weekly Summer Rates
April 16 - Dec. 16
1 bedroom - $2050  
No arrivals on July 4th or Thanksgiving Day and 1 week minimum stay for July 4th or Thanksgiving weeks

Weekly Winter Rates
Jan 2 - April 16,
1 bedroom - $2050

Christmas/New Year's
Dec 17 - Dec 26
$2400 per week

New Year's Week
Dec 26 to Jan 2 $2400 week

Taxes and Fees

  • 12.5% Hotel Tax in addition to rental rate
  • $50 Reservation Fee Non-Refundable

Rates are subject to change.

Rental and Cancellation Policy

  • 50% deposit of rent and $50 Reservation Fee required to confirm booking.
  • Balance is due within 60 days of arrival date.
  • Reservations within 60 days of arrival require 100% of rent & Reservation Fee.
  • We prefer payment by check, if using a credit card there is a 5% CC
  • Cancellations will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee.
  • No refunds will be given unless exact dates are re-rented.
  • Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended year round.

Private pool? Yes please!
We had a wonderful time at Casa Blanca. The location is perfect, the house is clean and has everything you need. The private pool was amazing, to have that for such a reasonable price was just awesome. Jackie was great and handled a minor issue we had immediately. I would recommend this rental for sure, and we will definitely book again next time we come just the two of us. Thank you!

Great place for a couple that wants to stay in Cruz Bay
We really like staying in town where we can walk to restaurants, the grocery store and Honeymoon Beach. We have now stayed at 4 or 5 different places in Cruz Bay, and have always enjoyed our visits, but this is our new favorite. It has fantastic ocean views, a private pool, a well stocked kitchen and outdoor barbecue, everything you need for the beach, reliable Hi speed wifi, comfortable furnishings a decent library and a large flatscreen TV with plenty of channels for entertainment on rainy days. Everything was spotless, and management was helpful and easy to work with. We would definetely stay here again.

"Thank you for a lovely stay! This beautiful light, bright airy home has wonderful breezes and a fabulous view. I could look at that water all day. It was so relaxing to have coffee on the deck. On the nights we didn't eat at Lime Tree Inn, Lucky Chops or Banana Deck, we cooked in the fully stocked kitchen, lit candles and ate outside. The home is surrounded by colorful Bouganvilla, orchids and palms. I appreciate that beach chairs were available, and Jackie brought us a beach umbrella at our request. So happy this beautiful island has/is recovering from Irma and Maria. Looking forward to returning!"
